Case Status
From the Minute order.

"The parties attended an Expedited Services Conference regarding parenting time on July 16th, 2004. During that Conference, the parties agreed, in part, to enforce the current parenting plan, dated June 10th, 2004, and that Father was to have telephone acces with the children on Tuesday or Thursday at 4:00pm

Father indicates in his non-compliance report that Mother is either not allowing the telephonic access, making it difficult to have this access, and may in fact monitor the conversation of the children. Father stated that he believes that Mother may be alienating the children from him.

Father also states that mother may have drug problems, and that he is concerned about the well being of the children.

This Conference Officer has reviewed the legal file and it appears that the parties problems regarding acces have been ongoing.

This conference Officer has made a determination that it is the best interest of the minor children that the Court set a hearting to address the Father's concerns regarding his access to the children.

It is respectfully requested that the court set this case for a hearing in order for judicial determination to be made with regard to the issue of Petitioner's Parenting time and alleged alienation of the children."

I have to read this over and over to believe it. At one point, I had sent in at least 20 non compliance reports.. none of which were ever acted on... finally, I got a conference officer that looked at the file and didn't just judge me.

Trip to San Francisco

Open your Golden Gates!

M and I are going on a trip starting this weekend! I can't wait... my friend got us a great rate at his hotel near Union Square, it is a boutique property and we'll have one of the bit suites :) he also is going to comp us a few tours.. wine country, etc... so we are set. it will be so nice to get away. M has never been to San Francisco, I have been probably 10 times or so... most of it on business and I promised myself that the next time I went, it would be with the woman that I love.. hey, I am keeping my promise :)

I need some recommendations... email me or post them here.

If you have been to SF, CA... where is the best Dim Sum? what about Koren or Filipino restaurants? If you could only go to one restaurant, what would it be. I have my favorites for some things.. for example.. one morning, I need to go to the Buena Vista Cafe and have my corned beef hash and poached eggs.. I know it's a touristy place but it's a tradition with me. I'll skip the Irish coffee..
