takin my time

Luckily, I took my time today. Tried to calm down and not rush everywhere, what's the rush?

so I stopped on the side of the road to take a stretch break. then later, I took a drive around downtown Woodward, Oklahoma... I had to pee, so I stopped at the library and did my business.







Then I went outside to get in my car and just as I was going to get in, I noticed all of these plaques on the ground. I went over to read them and heard this incredible CRASH... BOOM... (or maybe it was boom then crash) and I turned around to see a small pickup flipping through the air with stuff flying out of the bed. When it came to rest, the truck was on it's side. A huge over to see if I could help. The three big guys in the truck knocked out the rear window and climbed out. they were luck and ok.. some cuts and some bruises but nothing major. The fire department, police department and paramedics were there within a minute or so and they landed in front of a medical clinic. Lucky me for reading the plaques and lucky for them that they were stuffed into that pickup and broke each others fall. the 80 year old lady in the big offending vehicle was unharmed. Lincoln Navigator had plowed into the truck, running a stop sign... was unhurt
