Maybe...?

I am really amazed at how with the most powerful, highest paid public relations team... George W. Bush can come across more tyrannical than Saddam Hussein. George W. Bush has made us all... hope for peace.. and not a forced war. He can't sell ice to Eskimos, he is a terrible speaker. Poor Tony Blair he stands by the U.S. when 80% of his countrymen don't want to go to war.. he still commits to sending in the troops. Less than an hour ago, Blair said that a terrorist attack against Britain is inevitable .

So, I sit back and wonder how to take this all in. Maybe, just maybe... the leaders of the free world know more about Saddam and Iraq than they are willing to share with the rest of the world.. with us. They are risking everything in their careers.. they know the consequences of their actions.. they know.. they are political beings.. they know the reaction of the public. Maybe, just maybe their beliefs and actions may be more altruistic than we all really know. Maybe it's not a vendetta, maybe we have something to really fear if we do nothing...

I have to say that I never put blind trust in anyone.. and I have to say that if there was a big support behind a war.. then I would understand Bush doing this for political reasons.. if there was support in the world for a war.. I could see Bush doing this to please our neighbors.. but since there is no winning in the polls for Bush.. because this is not helping the economy, because this isn't helping his chances to get re elected.. because it doesn't make him look better.. only worse right now.. and that I know.. that his advisors know this.. that maybe.. there is another reason.
What do you think?
