long post

The previous post is a long one....

I wrote a letter to my ex wife and posted it below.

I like to keep track of things here, when I need to go back and remember when I sent something or something happened.. I have this nice record to remind me.

2 days ago, I had a mini breakdown. I saw that movie... Dragonfly and it really got to me. It's a movie with Kevin Costner about losing his wife and how she communicates with him from beyond the grave. I won't say more, in case you want to see the movie. Well, I had a flood of emotions hit me and I missed the boys something fierce.. I cried and cried... I saw the boys when they were having fun and I felt so much guilt on top of me that I couldn't breath. I had to put my thoughts down in a letter.. and that is what is below this post.

It's rainy and cold here today. I am sitting here in my robe at my desk, doing a little work. I want to finish early so I can help M work on the house. She is removing wallpaper today. There are a few things that we want to do for the weekend and I would really like to get a head start today.
