Goodbye Atlanta

For the last 8 nights, my home has been the Marriott Marquis.... really, I haven't slept in one bed this long for a couple of months. I will say... it was a very comfy bed. I'll miss you Bank of America building :)

I did all the schmoozing and handshaking and tonight we had an incredible function, outside in an incredible Atlanta night. The party tonight must have cost much more than one Million dollars... 3500 attendees.. open bars with premium liquor... the food bars were awesome... I hung out around the oysters and crab legs. there were 4 stages for bands to easily slide in and out... we were greeted on the way in from a 40 person gospel choir. Nice!

So.. goodbye Atlanta.. it's time for me to go see my wife... the house is packed.. the truck is coming tomorrow.. and when I get home.. we will be ready to go.

I have sort of planned our route.. but not really that much... I still need to do a couple of things....

We close on the new house Monday at 10am.. It's almost here... almost! It's has been a crazy time... I know that there is more to do.

I should be tired.. but I am no longer going to say that I am tired... today, I felt a little "tired" and so I went to the gym and rode the bike for 30 minutes... I felt better... took a shower and went to the finale. That is a better way to deal with the afternoon blahs.

M sounds worn out... and a little frazzled.. she wants me home.. and I don't blame her.. I want to be home...

Home is waiting 950 miles away... and I will fly over it on my way to pick up M and Molly and a few other things.

On Friday, I'll stop by and talk to the boys at school.. I'll tell them that I love them so much.. give them a card to hold onto.... even if it is only for a little while.. until their mother finds out.. they know that their dad loves them..

time for bed... I leave at 5:15am tomorrow... 3:15am phoenix time!!
