Ok.. I am embarrassed... I called this potential student that lives in Japan. A very friendly woman answered...I asked for the student and she said.. "Hi"

I said "hello, how are you? is...... available?" She said... "hi" I said.. "Hello! I was wondering if .... so and so was available?"

She said... "what is your name?" I told her "My name is Chris and I am from...." she said... "Hi!"

I said... "Hello,... and then realized that she was really saying "yes" "

I felt like an idiot...
