Easter Weekend

Well, after my big Friday travels, I didn't rest. My fiancee's parents were to come over to my house on Saturday afternoon, so I spent the morning... cleaning and cleaning. It wasn't that messy, but you know.. you want it to look nice. So, it was a tiring and long day but very nice. Sunday morning, I woke up early, I was excited to see the boys. I watched the Formula 1 race live from San Marino, although I think my eyes were only 1/2 open. I went by to pick up the boys at 8am and they ran out. That was a first, Andy didn't even have his shoes on, but he was carrying them. They didn't want to be one minute late. I guess my letter worked!

The boys and I had a nice morning. The Easter Bunny only brought them candy this year. I know that they know that I get it for them, but that is ok. Andy was happy but Alex seemed pre occupied. My father came down to see the boys and Alex sat in the other room. Then after a little bit, we went over to my mother's and the boys had fun in the swimming pool with their cousins (my mother heated her pool for them) Alex wouldn't eat anything, I am sure that he was told not to eat too much because he was going out later with my ex and her family. That's too bad... I didn't push him too much. Andy ate everything. On the way back Alex told me. I haven't been acting right today becuase I was just so bored yesterday... Andy chimed in "Alex, what do you think would happen if we told mom that we wanted to go to Dad's on the weekend" Alex said "Don't do it... "

I dropped the boys off at 2pm and then went over to my fiancee's house. We went out and got our wedding invitations. I sat for a bit before going home. I got home at 5pm and I never left the bed. I couldn't get to sleep early.. even though I was very tired. eventually I must have dozed off, because I woke up at 2am with dreams of owning a watch company.. only to find out that some home shopping network was selling watches on the TV... I turned it off and tried to go back to sleept. Now.. it's early and I am at work...I guess I'll rest later :)

60. My parents are well off now and both are retired. They divorced when I was 18

62. The hardest thing that I ever had to do was to identify my sister’s dead body. I was the first to arrive at the hospital. She was killed by a drunk driver.

69. My favorite band is U2 but I really disliked them when I was younger. I think it was their first album that I didn’t like.
70. I sometimes realize my age, but most of the time I would never guess that I am as old as I am.
71. I had to go pee at number 54, but waited until number 70.. so I wouldn’t lose my train of thought.
72. I stopped taking my asthma medicine and I guess I don't have asthma anymore
73. I used to be a hard core punk rocker and I ran a skateshop, hung out with Henry Rollins and have a pin in my foot from a skateboard accident.
