George W. Bush commented to a reporter about the recent anti-war protests "Size of protest — it's like deciding, well, I'm going to decide policy based upon a focus group," Mr. Bush said in response to a reporter's question at the White House. "The role of a leader is to decide policy based upon the security, in this case, the security of the people." from this New York Times article.
That's right, he didn't really win the election either did he? Why should he worry about what the people want?
You know, why not tell the people what we really have to be afraid of, be honest.
